Chartered Accountant role reporting to the CFO. Lead financial reporting, Ind AS, costing, tax compliance, and contribute to IPO preparation in a growth-stage manufacturing company. Listed-company experience preferred.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting, corporate tax, and core accounting (listed or growth-stage manufacturing preferred)
• Deep technical understanding and practical experience preparing financial statements under Ind AS
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, operational cost control, inventory valuation, and product/process cost
• Hands-on Direct Tax (TDS, Corporate Income Tax, Tax Audits) and Indirect Tax (GST filings, ITC reconciliation, returns)
• Advanced MS Excel: financial modeling, Index/Match, XLOOKUP, Nested IFs, dynamic dashboards, and large datasets
• Proven ability to create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for CFO updates, board meetings, and investor reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software; hands-on SAP experience is a strong advantage (not mandatory)
• Contribute to IPO preparation including DRHP financial sections, historical restatements, and work with merchant bankers/advisors

Lead corporate secretarial and compliance work with direct visibility to executive leadership and the Board. Play a key role in a high-growth company executing a major capital markets transaction, with competitive compensation tailored to experience.

• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI / relevant regional professional accreditation); LL.B. is a strong advantage
• 3–5 years overall experience, with 2–3 years post-qualification experience in a listed company
• Prior hands-on IPO process experience highly preferred (not mandatory) with a strong listed-company compliance background
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, SEBI regulations (LODR, PIT, ICDR) or regional equivalent capital market laws, and secretarial standards
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; high ethical standards; ability to work under strict transaction timelines

Support transformer design, drawings, and technical documentation for power and distribution products.

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with transformer design standards (IS / IEC)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools

Lead shop-floor operations, coordinate winding/assembly teams, and ensure on-time production targets.

• Diploma or degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Hands-on transformer manufacturing experience
• Strong team leadership and safety discipline

Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities across manufacturing and testing bays.

• B.E./B.Tech with QA/QC exposure in heavy electrical industry
• Familiarity with type/routine test procedures
• ISO 9001 documentation experience preferred

Develop client relationships with EPCs, developers, and industrial customers for transformer solutions.

• MBA or B.E. with sales experience in electrical / renewable sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across India
